its the same as halogen bulb removal, so just follow the instruction.

It's quite simple, jack the front of the car up. Take both front wheels off, pop out all of the plastic clips and fold the inner wheel liners over the front calipers. Now you can see the connections for access to the bulbs. It takes a little bit of time, but very simple. Changed mine to 10000k, nice blue light, very good in the rain.

your hids are good in the rain? I found them to be terrible when I had 10k bulbs thats why I wanna get the 3k fogs for bad wheather

yeah, I can't see how 10k bulbs are "good" in the rain, nontheless in the dark. The higher (K) you go, the less it is close to natural light and you actually start to lose visibility. I wouldn't go any higher than 4500K - 5000K
