Just from what German TÜV accepts its 7J x 17 ET45.
Since I'm from same country as majki (CZ), I have yet to test it. From my calculations (Link for spreadsheet (http://spreadsheets.google.com/pub?key=p7pVlhOEDis6g_t8_DEQELA)) the best will be 215/35R17 since it has almost the same diameter as the rest of tires majki mentioned - therefor speedometer values should not be affected.
(Bad is that I need to go thru a special procedure to add this into my Mazdas Certificate Registration so it is legal in CZ.)

215/35?? Man, the vehicle is going to be really hard and "absolute". Do you think that this is the best idea for such a car? I don't know what is the quality of the roads in CZ but here in Athens, Greece, is really bad. I have 45 tyre profile and I really hate going over bumpy roads.

Yup, it is useless for normal roads in CZ too. ;) For normal roads I have 15" ;) I'm not doing tuning for city traffic but for speed runs on circuit or selected roads.
