i'm actually doing this right now. for the parking lights i went with the tower II 194's in super white from autoillumination.com per a thread on here titled "exterior light review" i think.
as far as the fog's go, according to said website their h11 55watt. figuring out which one is the right color is a different story.
maybe someone could make a good suggestion as to which brands matches best;)

I thought our stock headlights were 35W 4300k, but I may be wrong. I've heard upgrading to an aftermarket 35W ballast provided more/better light.
That was my lighting review thread (http://www.msprotege.com/forum/showthread.php?t=123720852). The Tower II is the best I've found for the DRLs (or the same looking bulb from superbrightleds.com). They are both a little more blue (around 5500k) than the stock HIDs, but match much better than the yellowish stock peanut bulbs.
Also, I don't know if you want to go with 55W HID fogs, because they're in a much smaller housing and you may have heat issues. I'd stick with 35W.
There's a thread here with some good info, and a link to a retailer who may have a good sale coming up, but still looks to have reasonable prices now. http://forum.torontomazda6.com/viewtopic.php?t=1848&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=0&sid=45ff213054b350f0d7e21310d0af698a
