Knocking/ Ticking Sound

I'm getting a real bad ticking/ knocking sound from my engine after having the wires plugged in incorrectly from my HKS Twin Power DL II system and then driving it very hard (as this terribly bad info was giving to me from an auto shop guy), it is very loud and gets louder and heavier as you throttle down more. Anyone have any ideas on how to correct this?

Sounds like rod knock/valve tap.

You didn't drive it gently after the install, then recheck everything again before romping on it?

Probably by replacing the motor.

Definitely not good to be driving hard with a faulty ignition system on a turbocharged motor.
