Turbo problem

So I bought a rebuild kit for my turbo. I bought the T2, T25. and T28 Carbon Seal Complete Rebuild Kit thinking that this would work for my turbo but when I got the turbo out and apart the parts that i bought were too small. So did I buy the wrong kit or is this not the stock turbo, and if this isn't the stock turbo can anyone tell me what it is the car has the stock callaway exhaust manifold and downpipe

What type of kit would i need to rebuild it and where could i buy it

i would just send it off.. MPnick it!! basically 28RS guts in the 25!! makes for a sick turbo! ive never rebuilt one.. dont know where to get the stuff

The stock MSP cannot be rebuilt. You have to change the CHRA. You have to have a Garrett dealer do that. Try limitengineering in AR. They charge about $400 plus shipping.
