Well, tomorrow I plan on replacing the front motor mount on the P5. I could go borrow a buddy's engine hoist, but its kinda a pain to move it.
Where and what can you use to jack the motor up to change the front motor mount. I saw two potential spots that include two points that stick out from the bottom of the motor and a round hole in the frame.

should try using the search feature... this has been discussed before
no engine hoist neccessary...
just use a regular jack and a block of wood to support the motor... from either under the transmission or oil pan

Place a jack under the oil pan, isn't that a big no-no?

your not lifting the motor... your just supporting it... should be fine with a block of wood

Didn't use wood between the jack and oil pan when I did it, and dented the pan a little. Not good. You'll be fine using the jack for the front, but I would get a hoist if you're doing the sides...it's just easier.

Awesome sauce. I ordered a Medieval Mortorsports front mount and it should be on it's way. I have to buy a jack though :(.
