1g Dsm Bov?

I got a 1G BOV off a friend cause I read that they fit on the MS6 well the holes dont line up at all. How are you guys getting these to work? Drill the holes out? Its close but wont fit!

I believe i read somewhere that fitting the 1G DSV BOV does require drilling the holes to fit the factory flange

I just drilled out the holes and then it fit. Just make sure no metal shavings get inside it.

i run that valve and you just have to widen the holes out so they line up. works like a charm.

1 take off stock bpv
2 make template from paper of bolt holes on stock bpv
3 put template on new bpv
4 mark o.e bpv hole locations on new bpv with permanent marker
5 drill

I just eyeballed it and drilled out the holes but that how to w/ a template seems like a better idea. Mine fits tight.

1g DSM BOV's are known to hold boost even better than a lot of aftermarket BOV's and are just a fraction of the price.. this is what i've heard
