my new p5

well i finally got her off the jack stands.i figured id share some pics.i bought the car for $500.00 with 76k.it had a blown motoe.the number one piston was totally gone and ther was a huge hole behind the a/c bracket.After doing some research on the fourm i decided to turbo her.I picked up a msp engine with 41k on it and pu it in.the intercooler is one of the universal kits from ebay.all i need is a msp ecu and boost controler.enjoy the pics

....and the msp engine cover and an msp polished exh heatshield and the msp bumper and the msp door sills and...lol. Badass ride comin together there. Diggin on the truck under the tarp too.

i've seen on old 626 or something like it.....but it was about 3/4 it's orig lenth....i'm guessin the guy played chicken with a big truck....but that's been the only mazda i've seen in any of the junk/salvage yards here

i read on one thread that the 6spd off the msp wouldn't swap cause of some extra cable.....i'm kinda curious about it though...

look for the 626 intake mani for yourself in the yards up there man. people live by those for the cheap increase they make...2000+ will bolt right up to the motor...and if you find any extras, remember your fam on here

well something is different about 'em and you really have to work those....but the 2000+ just bolt right on


i know if i had access to 'em i'ld keep my eyes open for the intake manis, egr valves, ecus(mp3) and off course engines and trans.......peopl on here would love 'em.....oh and the front brakes of the 626 too is a lil upgrade for out cars....i was told the back won't work though....and i read some where the the brake booster off the 626 is a nice lil upgrade on our p5

AH YEAH....now i remember you had to redo the fuel rail....you had to get the fuel rail with the mani and then make it fit....i think the egr tube on it was different too
