Acting wierd...

Hello everyone. I recently got my car back from the shop and its been fine and running great lately...I have one issue. Out of the blue while im driving on the freeway the car, i guess you can say doesnt give me any response...like the rpms will go down like i have it in nuetral but when i give it gas theres no response and after a couple of secs in will kick back in when i give it gas...its wierd and if any of you guys can give me ur opinions i would greatly appreciate it ! ! !

Gee.. kinda sounds like the ignition cuts out on it. I remember reading about a product on here that makes the car do that on purpose, but from what you're describing, it sounds like the ignition is cutting out. Maybe it's not getting enough fuel at some points? What did you have done to the car when it was at the shop?

make sure ur cam and crank sensor wires are all tight in the clips..

They just swapped out the motor for another and a new turbo (stock) other than that thats pretty much it. Ill check the the ignition and what not when I have a chance and sensors. Thanks again Metallic and Dstmsp. Appreciate ur responses !

If you cant find the problem within a few minutes i would take it back to the shop. if its a respectable shop they will guarantee their work.

I am with Metallic36 on this one, sounds like an ignition problem. It could be as simple the sensors listed above being lose. I would take it back to the shop where you had the work done.
