well u wouldnt HAVE to get a midpipe. Just makes more sense. but no you should not need any other parts for the install.

oh...well...to play it safe, you might want to pick up another gasket that goes between the dp and the turbo. mine was fine after 27k, but still...it might be broken and the last thing you want is to find out the gasket is broken and you have no way to get to the store.
otherwise, you'll need a hell of a tool set, pb blaster, an o2 socket wrench and some anti seize

you're an idiot. reread the proper thread and process what i am saying. you are completely wreckless to suggest to somebody to throw on a downpipe and not mention that MOST dealers will VOID warranties with a downpipe or to not even monitor whats going on with a dashhawk or other device.

what are you going to monitor? there's no egt pid.
i dont' give two shits about this guys warranty. and an intake and an aftermarket valve are more reason to void a warranty than a downpipe.

thaks for the input and arguments.. the dp prolly wont come fore a while... yes i am worried about warranty... with the other parts i could just take off before visits.. but with the dp will it be easy to take off?..

no...dp is a pain in the ass if you ask me. i put mine on there and don't plan on taking it off. fuck that.
although, aaronc7 or whatever the fuck his username is will tell you dp isn't that bad and that he's swapped his at least 3 times.
i'll just tell you that it was a pita for me

you should get a dh if you want to monitor stuff. a dashhawk is a great tool that plugs into the obdii port on the car. it reads a lot of stuff from the ecu, including afr, boost, knock retard, fuel trims, fuel pressure...etc etc etc
it can also read and clear dtc's (diagnostic trouble codes) as well as datalog.
i have a boost gauge and dh since my standback is lying to the computer. that means my boost reading on the dh is not correct

who cares...don't worry about it. when you get a dashhawk, it'll come with a cd that has old software. you'll need new software and firmware. don't worry about that now
