Any of you still experiencing untamed boost cut ? I am just about fully bolted (FMIC otw, missing Manifold) on stock turbo. -- Right now the AP has my boost cut controlled, I only get it on real cold nights. I am worried that once I get a manifold the cut will return.

Also some time next year I might be getting my k04 reworked since my car smokes like a chimney. Will that effect AP maps as well ?

Basicaly what im asking is can the SF/FMIC/TBE map with a reworked turbo and ex. manifold thrown in the mix still be able to control boost cut ? Or should I just wait until the protuner software is out ?

- BTW Im running catless TBE all the way back, grats to cobb for being able to tame my cut lol... I got 277WHP and 298WTQ BEFORE any exhaust mods and my AP on a Dyno Dynamics. I am pretty sure since the addition of my full TBE and Accessport I am above 300WHP.. Should be getting another dyno soon

I get cut that refuses to leave. Like you said it only occurs in cold temps. The colder it gets the worse it gets. I habe trouble hitting 17psi incold temps withoit cu if it gets cold enough. I have my map clamp set down to 2psi too !

you need stand alone now. no more boost cut with a stand alone.

Ok...... Now all i need is one that is compatable with DI. I havent seen one yet. If and when it is avaiable look at spending over $2k.
