3rd Brake Light Wiring

On my Mazda3 (2009) there are two wires going to the 3rd brake light: Solid white and black and white (or silver) striped. Can someone tell me which is + and which is -? Or, at least one of those. (I think I could then figure out the other one). Thanks!!!

if you have a volt meter you can test this quite easily. put hte leads on the wire and see what the needle/lcd screen does. if it goes positive you ahve it right. if it goes the other way you have em backwards

The positive is the white one. The negative is black.
