Engine Noise

Just bought a new CX9 and only after two weeks the engine makes a weird noise at idle. It is not a ticking, but more of pup pup sound like the old Jettison Cartoon cars used to make. Anyone else experiencing this?

Ive heard that kind of sound when the oil cap was off.
