i doubt there is any difference...i know the cp-e is harder to install because the way the cast bellmouth is designed...

the quality of the cp-e downpipe seems much better.

Lol, i bet u like the cpe conciderin all you mods are cpe LOL. If our cars never threw codes for catless id have the loudest exhaust. But since im going catted to avoid trouble im gunna go quiet. So a cobb Full system might be the one. plus ease of instalation is huge and i hear the cobb is better install.

When I installed the Cpe TBE I had only one bolt that was a pain to get to thats all. Its not that hard to install at all. In fact it was much easier to do that my friends Corksport TBE

I buy the best, don't get me wrong, if COBB or any other company would make a better product, I would without a doubt buy that instead.

based on your opinion. some might think other company's already do make better products.

indeed, but they would clearly be wrong.
hahaha...
the one bottom bolt on the dp toward the rear of the vehicle is a pita on the cpe dp. no room to get a ratchet in there. your best bet would be to get a ratcheting wrench
