Wanted to share some pics of my aftermarket GPS gadget. The original suction cup is useful if you want the window setting. I'm lefty so it works just fine :D

I also found a Bracketron (http://www.bracketron.com/index.php?catid=12&pid=14) vent mount the other day and it surprisingly works very decently and installs in seconds. It looks like the Mazda5 vents are very fragile so handle with care...

Wife does not like it much as it may be on the way of the airbag in case of an accident but if you are riding solo it does the job

I just noted in the pic all the maps wife carries on her door side, they are useless now, innit? :D

I was thinking about mounting my GPS on the side little window, and after having it there for a day realized that it should no longer be there. Mounted it on my windshield and ran the wire under the dash.

someone here ounted right int he middle plastic piece and looks best there i think.
