Jump start and CEL

so my car died, my friend left my car light on, but i jumped it and then the check engine light came on, andim not quite sure why. any suggestions?

planning on it but its gonna be a day or two, we got a lot of snow here so i cant really get anywhere, but i was just wondering if this hhad happened to anybody else.
