GRRRR- Farging Cork Soaker hit my MS3 [Archive]

Still got the dealer tags on it for crying-out-loud!!!! Of course it was in a parking lot and I wasn't around to witness it. Luckily most of it will buff out and a little touch-up paint should do the trick until something more interesting happens.... But still....

i had someone hit my rx7 with their door and it still drives me nuts to see it on the side of the car. i have perfect paint aside from that damn ding. it's enough to want to choke someone.

I can't decide which is worse... keeping your new car pristine for a few years before someone smacks into it, or getting crunched with the temp tags still on. Sucks, no matter when it happens. Sorry to hear it, man.

At the Mac Grill on 183 & Great Hills, someone hit it in the parking lot trying to pull into one of those tight ass spaces they have and hit the passenger rear bumper. At first I thought it was the white Lexus next to me the we saw pull in, he even had red paint on his driver's front corner, but it was too high to be what hit me.

Someone tried to pull in, hit my car, and fucking took off. We looked around the parking lot to see if they went to another spot but didn't see them.

It's a line from the movie Johnny Dangerously... there's a character who doesn't speak English very well and mangles the words, so instead of saying "Fucking Cock Sucker", it comes out as "Farging Cork Soaker"... helped the movie stay PG13 too.

Yeah, most of it will buff out... Hell, we wiped most of it off with our hands & some spit.... There a scratch on the lowest section and paint knocked off the edge of the wheel well.... I'll hit it with some touch up paint, sand it and polish it. Probably won't be perfect but it'll do until some shithead rear-ends me.... you know it'll happen!!!

I have nothing against profanity at all, us it often, but I didn't really think it was appropriate for a title.

I knew only a few people would get the Johnny Dangerously reference, but totally worth it for the few that did. I'm always up for a good J.D. or Blazing Saddles reference!!!

Had a cork soaker do the same with me except I seen the whole thing. Reflector knocked out, scratches and the wheel liner cracked. Total damage $619

Sure is. I have to say I get more exercise now from parking it allllllllll the way at the back of the parking lots now. LOL Hey- the Speed 3 deserves to park with the BMW and Volvos back there!!!

Yeah I sure do!!! It's funny sometimes- because people don't even look at the "wagon", and then they get smoked- but other times it's just boring.
There's no exotics around here- I'm LUCKY to see a Supra. Ha

BMW Zmcoupe (one of the new ones... sweet)
a few protege 5s
and a mint early 90s 300zx turbo (prof hirasaki's car) that thing is showroom perfect!

Yes they ARE very nice cars and I sure do wish I could have one! One day... One day... There are a few around here but I don't think a single one of them is driven by someone who trully appreciates what they have.

Yea that's the only problem with them. I have one that's black on black up the street with gold lettering, hella nice but I think they sold it for a first gen Audi TT a while ago. Then there's one that's one block over and is orange with orange matched rims, has a drop, hella gauges in it, custom interior and that's all I could see from the street.

All the ones around here are stock. And usually dirty. The high dollar cars around here- we can tell you who owns which car- that's how rare they are. LOL
The Dr. has the NSX, the owner of all the McDonalds around here has the lambo, the owner of the local Coldwell Banker has a GT-R, some other cool guy that stops by our hangout has the other GT-R (only 2 in Hattiesburg).
Oh yeah and there's grand total of 3 Speed 3's in the local area.
