honesty

i took my es to tripoint today for some maintanence and i had a couple things to share. first off i'm amazed at the honesty from everyone there. they tell you what actually needs to be fixed, what "can" be fixed and they don't try to scam you with "fluid flushes" and other crap. reggie was a great guy. even though they didnt have an HID kit for my car, he found one, drove and picked it up and brought it back for me. the tech's noticed things no one else has pointed out. and my pro is driving great. oh and to all the forum guys that have been drooling, yes Nicole is hot, and no none of us have a chance.

I really want to visit the Tri-Point shop and meet the crew in person the next time I'm visiting my parents in Northridge (valley represent!).
