I bought a timing light today and went and checked my timing. Is the number 1 cylinder the closest one to left side?? (by the belts) If so mine is off and jumps around. How do i go about on tuning it and getting it back on??? Any help would be greatly appreciated

im not certain but i thought number 1 cylinder was on the left driver side
if your timing is off you'll get a P0300 and/or P0300X code which are missfire CEL's
as for timing you set your crank pulley TDC and your cam gears have two lines on them that should line up perfectly with the head... the two lines are facing each other

if your staring at the engine bay from the front of the car, cylinder 1 is on your left.

like i said in the other thread...
set your crank to TDC... should be the third line on the timing mark
at that point your cams should be lined up to the head. there are two lines on the cam gears that should line up to the head facing each other

You technically can't adjust it, that's all computer controlled. However, follow the directions from 808MP5 to make sure the belt hasn't slipped a tooth or anything.
