Will Rx7 Rims fit the MP3?

Hey guys, just wondering if RX7 rims would fit the MP3? Would I have any rubbing issues? I need a set of rims for winter and friend of mine wants to give them to me. They're 16"x8". Pretty much the same as the one in the link below:

Thinking of putting 190/55/16 on it. Would that be too little of a stretch to fit the rim?

stock size for that wheel is 225.50.16..

Those rims are wider than stock and you usually want narrower for snow tires. And the offset is a bit wrong, but it is feasible.

They will fit with 3mm spacers in the rear, and some say you need them in the front as well, but 8" rims on a Protegé in the winter is retarded. Use them for your summers instead considering how light they are (I'm using the ones I bought a few weeks ago as my track rims for next year).
