I am personally running both oil temp and oil pressure senders off the sandwich plate.
I can't say for the other 2 ports

Hopefully you aren't serious...?
(It's the oil return that goes to the oil pan)
Honestly, if you're just going to have an oil pressure gauge just tee into the stock oil pressure sending unit. No need for a sandwich plate with four ports if you're only going to use one. This isn't that complex...

My one piece of advice is replace the plastic oil feed line, that usually comes with the gauge, with copper line.

Sangwhiches FTW! OOOO, scary, just do electrical gauge. You don't want hot oil inside the car....At least that was the warning last time this topic was threadified.
