vac leak?

i've tested all the vac hoses on the intake mani and theres one that doesn't hold rand new hose, it's tight on the nipple but doesn't hold here is a pic. could the leak be the check valve? if it was the gasket on the mani would they all leak??

edit it's the hose on the 3rd runner from the left, on the top
