how many bolts are there on the exhaust mani and also i think i have them all off but the manifold will not come off at all ?? help
There are 10 on the mani and 4 on the turbo.

i have those all off now how do i pry the mani off , it just wont budge !!!! HELP this is really pissing me off
I don't recall if there is anything else bolted up that might get in the way (maybe the turbo brace iirc??). Don't recall having any issue getting it off either so that's weird ... have you tried putting a screwdriver in-between and tyring to pry it off?

alright stock turbo and all ripped out , is there anything i need to know tomorrow before i install the GT3076R ????? just let me know

Ya, dont blow up.
Take it real easy the first couple hundred miles, like NO BOOST at all.
Then, only do LIGHT BOOST for a few hundred more miles.
Then, make sure your new wastegate/MBC/EBC is working correctly, and then you can go full boost.
And start saving money, cause you will need a new clutch shortly.
And no, I do not have an upgraded turbo, but I am pretty sure the above procedure is what Whooosh did.
