try going to advance and tell them you need the rubber elbow in the colling line system maybe...idk that coolant looks rough though.

It's a coolant elbow. I highly doubt any parts store is going to have this as it's specific to the MSP. I have a MSP parts list at home with parts numbers - I can give you the part number for this then. More than likely you'll have to order this through Mazda and IIRC, it's not a cheap part. I believe I bought mine a while back from www.onlinemazdaparts.com (http://www.onlinemazdaparts.com) and it was something like $40! FWIW, my first one (used when I bought it) had a split in it just like that.

I actually found this by accident I went to take some pics of my Forge WGA for member on here a little while ago and when looking at the pics I saw the coolant on the back of it. Now it's made its way to the front. Thanks for the part # later tonight.

No I have to paint it first. I'm going to go the sides going up from the headlights Spicy Orange to match my car then either the center CF or I may do the flip of that and do to center orange and leave the sides CF. I havn't seen any pics of the center painted with outer CF though so I can't nake a good judgmnet yet. I'll have it on by spring. I just don't want to ruin it with our salt this winter. Thanks again.

Okay, the part is called "Water Return Elbow" and is part number 0000-88-C54 according to my Mazdaspeed Protege parts list. Hope this helps.

Before you replace it, replace all of those stupid spring clamps with traditional worm clamps(good idea anyway) on the upper coolant hose and lower one, clean off the residue and see if it returns. I did that and no longer have that blasted coolant smell or trickle stains on the return elbow. F-spring clamps!
Its a pricey little piece of rubber/silicone.
