Ok I'm posting these pics of my spark plugs to see if anyone can see issues with them I pulled them from the left of the engine to the right. They are NGK iridium plugs with about 1 year 10K miles on them

it just looks a little worse than all the others, is it just the me or is the seal/gasket part eaten away a little?

I think thats just burnt up Anti-seize compound.

They look normal, with no signs of pre-ignition or detonation. Gap looks wider than called for but that is to be expected since they are Iridiums and not supposed to be gapped as you may damge the center electrode doing so.
You should use anti-sieze on the plugs when you have an aluminum head. Get a tube or packet and put some on near the top of the threads the next time you check or change them. Always change them when the engine is cold or cool.
You really should get some copper NGK V powers. I use stock number 4291 and others using one step cooler run stock number 5913. That is the number on the box. Gap them 0.028-0.031or smaller if you like.
