vacuum/pressure hose

I'm having issues trying to remove the vacuum/pressure hose to install a turboxs hybrid bov. It doesn't seem to want to come off, and i really don't want to force it off in fear of damaging the hose. Any ideas?

Grab it by the part where it's connected (ie. the end of the hose) and try twisting it left and right ... if that doesn't work see if you can slip a screwdriver in-between to break the seal.
