Ok, just picked up an 07 touring with nav. For some reason it keeps looking up addresses in Pennsylvania and I am the Detroit Suburbs. It knows where I am on the map but when I try and enter an address it only looks up addresses in some suburb of Pennsylvania. I have reset everything and calibrated with no help... Anyone have any ideas?

Doesn't the nav have to be reset to your current location? Not sure here just kind of guessing. I borrowed my buddies TomTom a little while back and it was set to his home address as a default.

You have to set your zone. When you are in settings you will see a map on the left side, there are like 8 zones in the US I think. If you can't find it I will go figure it out and give you a step by step. (If you have already done this, I wouldn't know what to tell you....)

I have not done that. A map on the side, I do remember seeing that though in the settings.

I hope that fixes the problem!

I have the car tomorrow, taking it in for tint so I will give that a try. Thanks! If that doesnt work I am just going to take it by the dealership, they will straighten it out for me. :-)

i would not recommend to mount the nav that low. for driving directions it should be mounted on top of the dashboard. so you will allways have an eye on the streets.
