Yeah, I chose toy payments over a huge mortgage on a house I'm never in :-p
I think my toy parking lot is funny.
Your results may vary.
I'll take a Macadamia Chocolate Chunk cookie and please don't shoot me with your toy guns!

I don't give a fuck what your toy guns are, we're not talking about you , we're discussing the cars that SwampAss has, you know, the ones that got you jealous.

Arkenzo, that is very rich coming from a super flamer like yourself. You love waiting for any opportunity to be a douche, so please don't chastise someone for doing the same. Oh, and please do not send me anymore abusive private messages - they are really starting to frighten me.

Ahhhh, the old Miata. It's 1992.
Hopefully I will get the garage cleaned in the next few days and get that thing rolled in there and up on stands for a winter overhaul.
The Miata was my autocross and play car. It helped me earn many pieces of wood in CSP and DP in regional and state championship events. Even got some medals in ProSolo.
It's a seriously fun car for scooting around The Dragon as well. I have much video footage from a rollbar mounted camera, but I don't know how to get it from tape to the internet. I'd love post some clips.
It has all the usual stuff a NA Miata gets:
Hard Dog rollbar
Jackson Racing swaybars with adjustable endlinks
Homegrown intake
TSI
Hawk pads
Sparco seats with Sabelt harnesses
Thermal exhaust with test pipe
Jackson Racing header
Cylinder head milled and P&P
Koni shocks
Ground Control coilover kit
16x7, 13x7 and 13x9 wheels
Unorthodox underdrive pulley
160 degree thermostat
...and all the usual little tidbits like Voodoo knob and various deleted items
It's telling me it needs a water pump, so I'm gonna tear down the front of the engine and do the timing belt and all the related seals this winter.
Also sending it in to the body shop for some dent removal and a fresh coat of paint.
I may or may not do flares. I'm considering Work Equips in 15x8 with a crazy low offset.
The seats are going to get recovered this winter, with the addition of some vinyl or pleather in the high wear areas.
It's due for a top, but my plan is for that to be a non-issue when it rolls out of the garage next spring. It will be a fair weather only car.
After all, the license plate reads "H8Z-RAIN".
Heh, I knew a guy in upstate New York with I H8 RAIN plates on his Miata.

Man, our neighbors would be up our ass if we parked like that. We had to get a storage unit for our CRX build because the Neighborhood "Society" has rules against working on your car in your driveway.

You need to move out of that bass-ackward state. Putting up a junker on cinderblocks on your front lawn or a used shitter on the porch are something different, but not working on your own damn car on your own damn driveway? Thems fightin' words.

I have 3 dogs chained up in my front yard. You can't see them though. They sleep under the 14ft John Boat.

I found three dogs too much to care for, so I consolidated and adopted a cerberus instead.

Your juvenile antics never cease to amaze me. And if you continue to have issues understanding any of the words that I use in my posts, then I apologize. When you grow up your vocab will expand beyond cuss words ;).
I agree with Kain, 3 dogs = way too much damn work! Sell them and get another car to add to the collection.

I wanted one...but the Gorgon sisters wouldn't budge on price. I was told to go in with the amount I wanted to pay, and to keep a stone face during the negotiations, but ended up walking out. Who can't keep a stone face with a Gorgon sister?
Me apparently. I'm that dumb.

My family used to breed Char-pei's. Those chinese dogs w/ the really wrinkley skin. I just can't spell their name...
try having 4 females, 2 males, and 3 litters of pups... thats a fucking handful
(help)
At one time we had 10 dogs, 12 cats, 3 birds, 2 tanks of fish, some gerbles, and an iguana.
I love animals and have always lived in a zoo growing up. but they are alot of work.

Oh we are, we are building a house with a garage, and a concrete "storage" under the house big enough for a compact car. :D I can't wait!
Enough thread jacking from me though.

Coincidentally, my cousin's girlfriend's college roommate was Medusa. She offered to help me work on my stone face for negotiations, but I kindly declined the offer. Though now that I think about, it would come in handy for next month's poker tournament...

If he opened that garage, we'd all be arrested.

That wouldn't work. Well, now that I think about it, he could put the bodies in the trailer.

I once lived in a community like that. I was out in the dark one night with my supercharged '99 Miata up on ramps in the driveway trying to fix an exhaust leak when the old hag of a community director comes walking up from across the street in her night gown and robe (scary site) bitching at me for working on my car in my driveway. After she shut her pie hole, I told her to kiss my ass. I didn't live there for much longer after that. (eekdance)

Thank God I don't live in a neighbourhood like that!
If you thought my front yard/driveway is bad, check out my redneck backyard...
