How to change transmission fluid

I have 2007 Mazda5 auto trans. any one knows how to change transission fulid ?show some diagram pls. as I am handyman. and just try to save $. thanks.

Check the Mazda 3 forums. They have some detail instructions on how to do it. Both cars have the same engine and transmission.
