So I traded in my MP3 yesterday... Loving the new car... but not the payments... I got a 2005 Honda S2000. Here are some pics

It was a sad day.... what made my day worse was that I only got 2500$ for a trade in! I took it to carmax too, cause they treated me good before - and I found out that my car was in an accident and my frame got bent. So that kinda sucked.

so sense I just traded in my car I will be posting in the for sale section a complete set of AWR motor mounts from ken. Still in the box they came in. never even taking out of the box. keep your eyes out (shocked)

I love it.... going from 140HP to 240HP is cool... I went shopping and thought I was still in my protege, bad move on my part. lol... as of right now I can honestly say the only thing I miss of the MP3 was that the MP3 was paid off.

Living in CT, aren't you worried about winter driving?

Also... how many miles did your MP3 have? I have an MSP and have thought about bringing it into carmax. More than a few have told me they are notorious low-ballers though.

CT - shouldn't be to bad... as long as I go out after the snow plow comes :)
I'm headed to Boston next weekend to pickup snow tires for it.

Mine had like... 98,000 on it... but the whole cluster was replaced so it showed wrong mileage, you just had to look at door to see right mileage. and I guess there was also frame damage.

Carmax has been good to me before, I brought my old F150 there that was in a accident, and they gave me twice the amount the dealer wanted to give me for a trade in.

That's pretty good. But here's the key question. Did you buy the RX-8 from Carmax as well?

And no I did not... But also when I sold my truck to carmax I did not buy from carmax either.

Nice work then. Normally, when you're able to get a sweet deal on a trade-in it's only because you're getting housed on the new car you're buying. Sounds like you got the best of both worlds. Sweet ride. Hopefully you're single cuz that thing's a P magnet

:\ I'm not single but man do I get looks with this thing. Every time on run on 84E someones getting behind me to take a picture. Good stuff :D

I see your from CT... are you over by Willi? I saw an Orange MSP out that way on my way home yesterday from a Car cruise with EVO's.
