So my question is How to reach the Northwest Regional Rep? Mazda is very secretive in this area. What do they have to hide?

Owners manual should have a main number.

No such number in the owners manual dude. The one in there is the dreaded customer service one, NOT Regional Rep.

Have you tried the "customer Service " number and ask who the rep is in your area?

Yes, and they refuse to give out that information.

If this is a safety and or warranty issue maybe the warranty manual that came with the car will have a number that is different from customer service. Don't know what else to guess.

i will tell you, if you can explain to me why you need to reach them, it is kinda silly you cant just work with your dealer, because they ultimatley work with the dealer rep

Rep's an a_ _ _ _ _ e. His repsonse is "parts can't break more than once" So you only get one fix! Even if teh replaced one breaks. Oh, but thtat can't happen.

well all parts have a 12 month 12k waranty so thats kinda b.s. from him, look i work directly with our dealers service rep and he is more than happy to help a customer but you may need to be understanding on certain things, yes you bought a vehicle for a lot of money but be glad you didnt buy a gm, you woudl never get anythign fixed under waranty unless it was completey broken (gm oil leak waranty - it must drip 3 times in 10 seconds to be warantable) ha ha ha
