Center Dashboard Console and information display color

Does anyone know how to change the information display color or called "Center instrument panel display(where it show clock, audio, A/C, outside temperature))? I just got a 2009 Mazda 5, it has Electroluminescent gauges which I like a lot, but the Center instrument panel display remains green as 2007 model. Does anyone know if I can replace a bulb to change the color to blue or white?

you fill find little bulbs inside with green coloured paint on it. you can easily scrape it off with a sharp knife and repaint it with glass colour to your needs.

the bulbs inside the climate controls have silicone covers which can be exchanged to any other colour.

Nehvada, thanks for the info. It looks very nice. The problem is how to open the dash panel to change or modify the bulbs

Does anyone have a how to diagram of the Center instrument panel, For removal For a 2008 Mazda5 ..So i can remove that ugly Green light. and i will take photos so it will help others. thanks..

you will be able to diassembly the center console and i would gues that after that you will see how to remove the display. i never did it myself as i am still waiting for my 5, so i cant help any further.
