yeah, check for the TSB whether it was done before or not.

If not there's also a how-to to adjust the clutch engagement. I did that and it has done wonders

yea i know ill love the car... i miss AWD. I had a wrx and a bunch of DSM's before. Im just worried about reliability with these. most around DONT have too many miles on them. Im not looking to mod like crazy. just want to do CAI, and TBE. thats all. I was also looking a some more WRX's b/c they are cheaper, but i want something different. too many people have subies... not too mention the glass trans is always on your mind... i found an 06 with 32k by my house for 17900 but its black cherry mica.. i dont like the purple when the light hits it...

a tsb is a Technical Service Bulletin. its a list of common problems on a certain car. not quiet a recall yet but still common. it the car is under warranty yet they will be fixed. here is the link for yah...

Ya, I looked at a Black Cherry before I bought mine. I just couldn't see driving a purple car either.

My tC that I sold a year or so ago was in Black Cherry. I absolutely loved the color. But all my friends thought it was purple. I spent about a year and-a-half correcting them, saying "No. It's a Black Cherry Pearl Scion." Eventually, I conceded and said, "Yeah... It's a purple Toyota..."

-Jay (Still loves that color, though...)

I have seen a couple with over 40k miles on them. No trouble yet. Keep in mind this car was only 06 -07. The oldest ones are only like 3 years old so dont expect to find one with like 80 miles unless someone drove it like crazy. Even so people looking for economy / lots of miles shouldnt get this car. Comfortable but it doesnt get the best mpg.

As for the clutch it is different. You will get used to it soon though so I wouldnt worry about it.

I love this car because its so well balanced. Also be carefull because if your buying from dealer if you plan on getting a TBE you will most likely lose your warranty if it comes with one.

im not worried about a warranty, i have plenty of friends at dealers. (worked at alot!) but if i have any trouble i will keep the stock exhaust. as for mpg... Im sure it's ALOT better then my daily driven 2003 mustang GT... lol
