So I tried installing a catch can I got from PG this weekend and I thought I had everything ready when the car just stalled after the install. I got a 15mm hose connected to the PCV valve and another one connected to the PCV vacuum port but what concerns me is that the catch can inlet and outlet ports are only 10mm so I had to get the 15mm hose really tight on the inlet and outlet ports. Could this bottleneck be the problem? anybody have any suggestions?

if its stalling out you most likely have a leak or a hose came off somewhere.

Well, I know I had the PCV end of it really tight but I'm not so sure about the catch can side because of the big hose going in to it, I tighten it as much as I could. What about the hose length, is there a limit to it?

probably wouldn't stray more than 3ft on each line.

Yeah, I didn't disconnect anything other than the hoses.

uhmmm, maybe this cheap hose I got is crappy. What do you guys suggest for a hose brand or where did you get yours?
