Hi all, ive been looking around for a while now to get a sports car and im going tomarrow to check out a MSP. Im new to this car and would like to know if you guys could help me. here are some questions that i have:
What is the stock boost of the car.
How much boost can the car handle w/o hurting the engine.
What are some good upgrades to get for the car?
And
Do you guys recomand any websites where i an buy parts for the MSP.
Thx in advance.

6-7 psi stock
6-7 psi is safe! (not kidding)
fuel management, Cold air intake, exhaust, bigger intercooler, welded LSD, manifolds.
Just take your time and research everything before messing with your car and youll be in good shape. Welcome the the boards and if you need any questions answered just shoot me a PM.
Hope this helps

Im telling you, people will say 10psi is safe some say 12 psi is safe. But Ive heard and know from experience that its not safe unless you have supporting mods. The only true safe psi is stock 6-7lbs. I havent heard anyone blowing their engines on that level. If your wanting 10psi or more make sure you have the mods for it.

12 is with supporting mods , like a good cold air intake ( cai ) good flow exhaust mani and intake mani , beucase you dont want all that boost with bad flow , you will deffinitly be seeing fireworks from your hood

also i keep looking at hard pipes with bov and wanted to know if the ones they sell are fine because i keep hearing ppl talk about the MAF and stuff. i know why they want the MAF behind the bov but if i get hard pipes with the bov on it will it be a problem. would i hav to relocate the MAf and if so how do i do it?
