I'm looking at purchasing a BOV and my friend recommends this brand. Anyone have any comments or recommendations? I am going to be combining this with a new CAI, probably a CP-E but I'm not sure about that one either. Any help would be great. Thanks!

I have had the HKS SSQ BOV for almost two years now. I can't honestly say that there was much of a performance improvement for me. However there are other owners who state they can hold boost into a higher RPM than OEM.
The sound is definitely a cool factor and the under hood "bling" is nice, but if I was to do it all over again, I would probably go for the BOV from Forge as it is a direct bolt in, no adapter to buy and it doesn't require the PITA C-clip the HKS does.
If you go for the black one, it can almost pass for stock, if you want some under the hood eye candy then go for the chrome. Plus the fact it is almost half the price of the HKS + mount adapter + recirculation adapter (29mm adapter goes for at least $35) can't hurt.

I have one as well and really like it. It came as a kit with everything I needed so installation was a snap. Can't comment on any performance advantages as it was installed the same time as other mods, but I have to say that I like the sound.
