Needing some help here with Catalytic converter, protege, front, 2.0l. Long story short

Didn't pass emmissions.
Replaced O2 sensor.
Midas and also my mechanic stated it is the Catalytic converter.
Midas wanted $800 and something to replace it. My mechanic $500 and something.

I located one here:
All 2002 Mazda 4 Cylinder Catalytic Converters
(http://www.converterwarehouse.com/catalytic_converters/display_table_links.cfm?MakeOfCar=Mazda&YearSelected=2002&CylSelected=4)

Any advice on where I might locate it for that price from a company that someone has used. Or has anyone dealt with the above company. Want the advice before I go and pay for something that may or may not be a good deal.

Thanks in advance for help with this... Oh and have to go tomorrow to get some temp tags as they expire tomorrow :(.

The precat is the 2nd piece of exhaust manifold going from motor back. The canister looking part where the sensor screws into. Imagine there are some to be had in the FS section or put thread in WTB section but not sure that'll help ya by tommorrow unless someone close to you in TN has one. I have one that might have 8000 miles on it before being pulled but I'm in TX.

Once I get my temp tags tomorrow I will have 30 more days until I have to go back and get another one for 30 more days. I wanted to post to get some advice and perhaps locate the converter from a place someone has dealt with, that they trust and that won't charge an arm and a leg for it.

I want to make sure it is indeed the correct converter for my car. If anyone could look at the site link I provided and give advice it would be appreciated.

Thanks...
