CP-e Downpipe w/ magnaflow?

Will the CP-e downpipe w/highflow cat mount up with the magnaflow catback? The cp-e options for the gasket are 3" or 2.75" and I cant figure out what the magnaflow would need. CPE says they only can suggest using stock or there catback...

The Magnaflow bolts up to the stock DP, so the CP-e DP should work with the Magnaflow cat-back if it works with the stock cat-back.

the stock cat back is smaller than the magnaflow catback. Cpe makes a gasket for it to work with the stock catback but they don't think it will work with the magnaflow. CP-E told me it wont bolt up to the magnaflow with out some custom modifications...
