usually you have to rev it to redline but like jamesk said your not supposed to build boost out of gear unless you have like ant-lag or a two step or launch control

its not in boost, its just moving air really fast. but its not pressurized

good then you have nothing to worry about like it was sai before you are not suppoed to boost in nuetral you need to be under load for pressure to build.

Most of those people have standalone ECU and MAF deletes. You don't and that is the end of the story. Its better to sound slow and be fast, then to sound fast and disapoint.

the hks bov is adjustable. if you lower the spring tension, then it will probably make the sound in neutral. but if you dont have compressor surge when driving, then it is not worth touching.

the reason some people's bypass valve or blow off valve make noise in neutral isn't because they are in boost, its because they are generating some pressure which depending on the spring tension of your valve will close it some and then when you release throttle it opens making the noise.
sounds like this guy is more interested in letting ppl know he has a bov than in performance

the spring tension is probably set too loose then. r u loosing boost at all?

do you have anything else besides the bov, if not check to see if your o ring is pushed all the way inside. a good way to test it is if its very hard to move the bov around the adaptor.

dude i don't mean to ruffle your feathers or nothing but check this out...
That was probably the gayest thing i heard in the past 2 months... all that you accomplish with doing something so ridiculously stupid is attract unwanted attention to yourself. that shit is the reason that gearheads like us are frowned upon in society. do what you do but just do it in seclusion.

Your probably just low on turbo fluid. That can cause it to not blow off. (dance)

You mazda guys are being way too easy on this cat. If you don't flame the hell out of him now, then he'll grow up to be just another ricer.
Besides that, I think twin-disc clutch chatter sounds much cooler whilst sitting at a stop light than a silly little BOV.
