I think this is what it means, replacing the plastic one... It is listed as 2009 accessory (new in 2009)

I still is not listed in the mazda website under accesories..unless it's not being sold separetely.

I contacted the dealer near me. They said that it is (for now) only for port installation. i.e. dealers can order them on their new vehicles. For now, they can't find the part # for it. Therefore, there is no way to order them even if you want one (whihc I would love to). Wait for a couple of months. Things will change.
