recommendation on best lube for the balls?

anyways, what's everybody using for the TWM or Cobb shifter (the balls)?

I read somebody say silicon is the way to go but I was pretty happy using Mobil 1 grease.

White lithium grease. It says to use that on the TWM instructions.
