I've run into a problem lately with my speed 6 - its an 07, only 2500 miles on it.
Whenever I start the car in the morning, it idles very high for a few minutes - around 1750-2000 RPM at first start.
I haven't taken it back to the dealership yet, but it seems like something that started occurring after driving the car the first 1000 miles.
Any thoughts?

It's normal. The car revs high to get the engine and cats to operating temps quickly.

That should be normal on just about any car ever!

It doesn't last very long, maybe a minute or two at most. I wasn't sure if it had something to do with this TSB:

Please see the attached copy of the TSB.
It depends. Are you experiencing the other symptoms as described by the TSB?

Of the 3 symptoms, I do have the first one - rough start in cold conditions, and I did have one instance where the car stalled. This was after driving for about 4 hours in the pouring rain, it stalled twice upon starting, and I had to give it gas in order for the car to stay running.
This only happened once, but the rough idle at cold startup happens every morning.

this happened to me recently on several occasions...I moved to CO for school from phoenix and although the temperatures arent "cold", compared to phx its like a 40 degree difference, especially in the morning...I was alarmed at first, but now it just seems normal...
