TWM STS shift knobs?

I'm looking to get the TWM STS and I need to know what the different weighted knobs provide.
I was looking at the type R and it's only 140 grams while the 44 magnum is 585 grams.
Anyone know what's the recommended weighted knobs for the STS for our cars?

Our stock shift knob is pretty heavy to begin with, so going to a TWM shift knob would be more for aesthetics from what I've read. Heavier knob will make shifting easier...think of a seasaw with a hippo on one end and a kitten on the other, hippo side is the knob side.
