Hello everyone. As you can see, I'm new here. I've been browsing around the site for 2 months now and finally decided to join. I own a 2008.5 Speed3 GT. Great car. A definite step up from my previous car.

Anyway, I was wondering what you guys thought of the turbonator? All that power for such little money!

These are the only shots I have as of now. I need to get her cleaned up and get some good ones. A bit hard to do out at school.

As for the turbonator...please, don't take me that seriously.

Personally, I would like to start with some simple mods, but everytime I read something about a particular product, someone seems to be having the worst of problems with it. I'm looking to start with a few suspension mods (especially sway bars), a rear motor mount, possibly a STS (again, hearing mixed reviews), then moving towards the engine bay.

I'm not new to modding cars and won't be asking stupid questions without first searching (I'm sure it's all been answered).

Dude, you have the Turbonator too!? I like this guy, he can stay.

On a serious note, no matter what product you're talking about you'll find someone who had a bad experience with it.

welcome!

good luck keeping those rims that clean. you'll learn to despise break dust, and also exhaust soot.

But I still love my speed!

The turbonator is by far the best bang for the buck!

No joke I had a turbonator back in 2002, on a car that has no power in it (chevy cavalier) it was actually noticeable and gave me a bump in mpg. Its no joke and that was when it first came out.

I liked the Turbonator so much I put in two (one downstream of the Cobb SRI and one upstream). Feels like at least 700 whp! Actually, when I bought my Ram, I found a Tornado in the intake -- sold it on EBay for 'bout twenty bucks, 200 times what it was worth!

I like the Metro Gray -- it's almost as fast as CWP. (yes)

BTW, welcome to the forum!

welcome...
i don't think you can go wrong with hotchkis or cobb sway bars.
the cobb sts is still having problems from what i understand, but the people that have it installed correctly like it a lot. i have the twm sts, and i'm sticking with it.
any rear engine mount is good, including the corksport inserts. get one asap.

Nice car! Looks just like my 09 down to the fuel door. Check out some of my other threads for some pics of the car in neat locations. Virgin pron (http://www.mazdas247.com/forum/showthread.php?t=123718565) and Dirty pics (http://www.mazdas247.com/forum/showthread.php?t=123719939)
