on flat ground without movement i cannot move wheels left or right and belt squeals like crazy. Once moving, steering is fine (i think just because i am moving)
fluid level is exactly where it should be, no leaks
is the pump just shot? i got a replacement from a junk yard since these are crazy expensive new or remanufactured - just wondering if there's something else i should try before swapping it out.
also, do i have to worry about bleeding the lines?
