i just recently had some rims put on my car n my mechanic found that one of my front camber bolts had no nut on the end and was spinning freely. i thought that the bad vibration in my car was caused my poor tires but this definitely would explain it since this caused the tire to rock back and forth a lot. i took the car back to the last place i got an alignment and they told me that there is no way they touched my camber bolts to do the alignment. is this possibly true? would a mechanic adjust anything with the camber bolt when doing an alignment? they are telling me that the bolt must have been lose from when i got new struts in the front but how could they have done a proper alignment when that bolt was loose?
