Hey,
Does anyone know if the corksport race pipe is smog legal?

No...hence the word "race" pipe...meaning off-road.

don't let that deter you though. for 150 bucks, i thought this was an amazing mod. it felt like i def got more power than with just an intake. -- plus if ur worried u can just swap out ur original for dealer visits/inspection....it shudn't take more than 30 minutes

I concur...
Plus you won't have to worry about passing smog if you still have a catted dp.

Sounds like he's in CA, so could be an issue even with the main cat in line. Definitely want to reinstall the stocker for the CA smog check.
