Protege5 Cooling fan not working

I have a 02 Protege 5 and my cooling fan is not working and I also have a coolant leak. I have traced the leak to the bottom of the radiator and wonder if it has to do with the cooling fan not working and coolant is possibly leaking from the overflow. Also the fuses are good, what is the possibility of a bad relay? Any help would be really appreciated.

Swap the relay with a similar one that won't be used. If it works - buy a new relay.

Me? Fuse is good - just buy a relay. or put a multi meter on it and check for voltage.
