everytime someone takes a picture of their guage cluster they leave the shutter open for more light and it lights the whole circle up blue... too bad its not like that in real life, because I REALLY want the circles to light up all blue like that

I just noticed this thread from the retrosolutions title. I also have their HID kit but I got the 5000k. I was kinda pissed that you can't use the stock rubber gasket that goes over the old halogen bulb that keeps moisture out. the foam they give you doesn't seem as robust.

The foam included with the bulbs is just packing material, it is not meant to hold anything in place anywhere aftershipment. Not just mazdas take H7 bulbs and although we do supply the adapters needed specific to your car at our expense, you still have to ask for them. When someone orders H7 from us, unless they ask for the free adapters we have no idea if it is for a BMW LT crusier bike or a Mazda 3.
well how am I supposed to know that there are adaptors for it? I mean shouldn't you just add a form to the ordering process that asks what kind of car you have? it didn't say anywhere that I need adaptors. so how do I go about getting these?

Its your car, and it is probably posted everywhere on the forums as well. Even if you tell us what the make and model is it is not our responsibility to make sure you are ordering the correct thing, but we do help people as best we can in that respect. Our responsibilty is to maintain product specifications, process your order, and maintain the warranty.
We sell kits that fit just about every car, truck, motorcycle, ATV, snowmobile, and agricultural equipment out there.....in every country..... it would be almost impossible to make sure everyone is ordering the correct thing. It won't tell you in any catalogue or database for bulb either, and its not like we are the only vendor that doesn't have a form, that would be a rarity.

oh, helping the customer out isn't the #1 priority at your business then I suppose. why don't you give me the part name so I can get it from a different company since you're being a complete asshole. you also make no sense either saying that it would be useless having a form. then what the hell is the point of telling you what car we have?

It most certainly is our number one priorirty, had you asked us via email we would done our best to help you with that. We can't help if you don't ask! Thanks for the kind words, but it seems you are knocking our customer service and product because you did not know or research what your car needed, and didn't bother to ask us nor anyone else. Then when you found part of it not to fit or work correctly or up to your standard you didn't come and ask us again, how are we supposed to know to help???
Now instead of being negative and calling me names you could have asked and would have helped you out still, or at the very least you could searched. Its not going to fall right into your lap. And we already told you it is an adapter.

Yea sure he should reserch all about the head lights on his car.(jerkit) You sell kits don't you? Then sell kits and take the extra 15 seconds to either put a question on the order form or have the sales person ask during the phone order. Its alot better then having some poor shmuck take his car apart on a saturday for nothing all because He didnt KNOW to ask for the adapter. AND I BET ITS BECAUSE HE THOUGHT HE WAS BUYING A KIT!!!
DUDE THATS JUST FUCKING LAME IF YOU ASK ME.
it's alright, I made my own fuckin adapter today. I just think it's BS how he's blatantly admitting that it's my fault that I should know what the hell is in the kit and what I need for it to work on my car. whatever, retroshitlutions.

And if we put that form up there and sent you a kit and then you found out it didn't fit because you had after market lamps I can only imagine how pissed you would be then. Maybe we should have a form for that too, so you could indicate which variant of those you have? And even still, there is no database or reference for us to go to
Are we also responsible for knowing that your brake pads are running out or your oil is low???
Its not a mazda specific kit, those would have been located here BTW:

You can bend over backwards for everyone, but no matter what there will always be the 1% that you can't make happy. Until now this has not been a problem for anyone else, so I'm sorry you are part of the minority that feel that way. We were here to help you but you have to ask for it.
I find it funny that you made separate links for the mazda right there but you can't navigate to those pages you posted from your website. hmmm...
oh, could you check my oil level please while you're making some more fake webpages

They have been there for a long time, and you can't navigate directly to the ones for acura, bmw, etc...... they are posted in relavant areas and you can't directly navigate to them either.
