I recently ordered my Forge Recirculating BPV and Apexi auto timer from ImportImageOnline. Props to Josh for shipping it the next day, but the package arrived today and my BPV was not in the box (pissed). The box was perfectly sealed with that brown stringy tape, so there is no way Fedex could have messed this one up. I am guessing they just forgot to put it in the box.
I guess I will have to wait until monday to get this issue resolved, as I believe they are closed over the weekend. Damn I have the worst luck ordering things online.

Ouch that is a long time. Josh was great with me on the phone when I placed the order, sent it out the next day, and provided me with a tracking number the day after that. I am hoping this is just a matter of them forgetting to include it in the box. If this turns into a headache to get resolved I will get very upset, very quickly.

Three possible options:

1. They simply forgot to put it in the box.
2. They were out of them, so they sent you what they had for the moment and will ship the BPV later.
3. The two items were coming from different locations and were packed/shipped separately.

the same thing happened to me when i had my teggy i ordered skunk2 springs, and kyb shocks they came in diff times but one had the invoice with both on there .. just be patient its coming.

Are you telling me that you would not be slightly pissed if you reserved a day off of work to receive a package, for it to arrive without the full package contents? I think you would be.
Anyways, the story is this. Josh from ImportImage said that it was going to be drop shipped directly from Forge. So I contacted Forge, only to find that they never received an order from importimage for me? To make matters worse, they have stopped shipments on their current batch due to faulty bottom o-rings, and have no idea when they will be able to ship out any new product (they are waiting for something from their UK distributor).
The invoice did have both items on there, so naturally I was expecting them both to arrive together. If I had known that they were not in stock, I would have ordered from somewhere else that had them.
Just got off the phone with Josh, and he told me that they should be shipped out from Forge later on this week. I guess I will be playing the waiting game.
Credit for Josh for keeping me in the loop. Good customer service right there.

Ok, first of all as I am sure a majority of you know most of these places you are getting parts from are very small. They often can not afford to have that large of an inventory so are often having drop ships. However, being in the fulfillment industry myself and knowing the FEDERAL LAWS they are not allowed to charge your CC without having inventory or it shipping. They can get away with it for about 72 hours but then MUST credit your card back if the item does not/will not ship. Please protect yourself from this. If you have been charged and it has posted to your account and is now on back order and will not ship within the next 3 days you need to call them and have them credit your card back until it ships.

Check the tracking, how much was the weight of the package from the shipping information?

Best indication of who's the liar and where that valve went.(sleep)

You are a monkey my friend! Josh knows that it was never shipped out, and if your pea-brain took the time to read a couple posts above the meaningless piece of shit you call a contribution to the forum (aka the post you made), you would see that they stopped shipment on the valves due to a problem with the O-rings. So, congratulations captain tardo for making yourself seem like an even bigger donkey than you actually are. Next time read the content before jumping the gun and making a stupid post.(loser)
On a brighter note, my valve is now in the mail and will be here on the 9th!
